We bought our Samsung fridge during the COVID shutdown and it has issues, but Doug and Zach on the repair crew are awesome! They have diligently replaced all the parts and are always polite and meticulous about keeping any water, etc cleaned up. The whole company is just really considerate, and getting warranty work does has always been smooth.

On 1/25/26 my Husband and I bought a Refrigerator at Carmonas and we are very happy with It. Our sales man was Frank Male. He was really knowledgeable of the frig. He is a nice and friendly guy. On 2/3/26 our refrigerator was delivered. The to guys.that delivered the frig. Were Very nice and friendly. They installed the refrigerator . And cleaned up and left. I want to sincerely thank Frank, Lisa, and Wyatt and the entire team at Carmona’s for how they handled our recent refrigerator purchase. When the original refrigerator didn’t fit our space, Carmona’s absolutely had every right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Instead, they chose to do the right thing — took the unit back promptly, refunded us in full, and worked closely with us to find a suitable replacement. They even went a step further by being willing to price match a local big-box retailer, which spoke volumes about their commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction. I also want to acknowledge that I could have been more diligent on my end by providing the correct measurements upfront. Even so, Carmona’s team didn’t make things difficult or place blame — they bent over backwards

If you are interested in true customer service then Carmona's is the store for you. I've purchased appliances in Carmona's in years past and never left a review, but should have. I recently purchased a dishwasher and microwave and was assisted by Ashley. She was informative and helpful and actually cared about getting the color that I needed, and pointing out features that l 'never knew I actually wanted'. She price-matched and even printed out spec sheets for both appliances. You will never get that kind of caring customer service from the big box stores! And if you're concerned that their prices are higher than those box stores, don't be. They are often the same or they will match any competitors price! Buying appliances, no problem. Just cross your fingers you never need it serviced. Hire more service people, not floor salesmen. Service people are stretched way too thin. Been waiting a month and a half to get my 14 month old Cafe’ oven repaired. Communication and appointment system need major improvement. Very disappointed because we like buying from local business owners.
