Had to replace my oil furnace. Great service from beginning to end. An experienced team helped to select the right furnace for my needs. The installation was completed in one day. Came on time, stayed as long as necessary to complete the job and left my home clean. Carney provides a very client friendly experience via clear communication.

I had Carney come out because my thermostat wouldn’t start the system. The technician was very professional, punctual, and clearly explained exactly what the issue was, which I appreciated. However, I was quoted over $500 to order and replace a high-limit switch, which felt extremely high for such a simple part. I ended up ordering the part online myself for about $30 and replacing it on my own. Overall, great technician and good diagnostic service, but I wish the pricing for straightforward repairs was more reasonable.

Keith Linde from Carney diagnosed the problem quickly, checked all four systems, and explained the issue clearly and was professional, clean and efficient. We’ve relied on Carney for more than ten years and consistently have great service. These happened to be repairs under system warranty but they don’t try to upsell us and always give options on issue resolution.
