Carolina Air

This entire experience has been first rate, right from the beginning. Robert the sales rep visited our home and looked at everything and provided us a very reasonable and detailed quote. Several weeks later we decided to go with Carolina Air and when I recontacted Robert, he walked me through all the financing and install options. He advised that we should anticipate a 2 day install. Bryan, a site supervisor came over the day before install and also walked through the inside and outside areas where he crew would need to work. He also went to great lengths to explain what we should expect but said he fully expected his guys to get the job done one 1 day. Caleb and Eric arrived on schedule, introduced themselves, explained in what order they would do the install and went right to work. Tho

Bobby and Carolina Air helped us tremendously with a miss programmed smart thermostat. Further they diagnosed a furnace that was on its way out and we’re gonna replace it to be preventative before it really breaks. It’s 27 years old so it’s time! Highly recommended excellent service.!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Carolina Air. I have had 2 units installed and maintained by them; one in 2018 and the other on 2025. Most recently, when experiencing low heat flow, they were able to dispatch a technician same day. Bobby, who has been here in the past, was prompt, professional and took great care and time to ensure that all systems were functioning at peak levels. Bobby was very kind and patient in explaining what was happening mechanically, why this happens and overall system functionality. I felt like I got a lesson in HVAC science.

We have been customers for years now. Logan was just recently out for our service appointment and installed an air scrubber for us. He is hands down the best. He was patient with my questions, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would not go to another company for anything.

I needed to have Carolina Air visit our new home to inspect the heating of our home as it appeared the temperature when set appeared to be on and on. James, a senior Tech I do believe arrived in good time within the appointment window of 3 hours. He was cleanly dressed in work attire, placed booties on immediately when stepping into our home and asked and listened very well. He clarified how the amps during summer cooling is different in the winter which explained the slightly higher electric bill we receive in the winter. I did not know that. As well, he checked the outside unit to confirm pressures were functioning in spec and also went into the attack to inspect the heat pump there.
