Our HOA of twelve homes has a private road. Given we are a small community, cost was definitely a concern. After receiving quotes and researching several companies, we settled on Carolina Asphalt Services because of their fair price, great communication, and knowledge. The project manager was careful to tell us that "you don't really know the issues until you dig the street up." Our road definitely had its share of issues. We had to go over the estimated cost, but they worked with us to make it doable. Ultimately, this is work we had to get done to ensure a quality road. Our 420' asphalt driveway was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene. Carolina Asphalt Services removed our entire damaged drive, and re-worked and re-packed the rock base. They then installed two layers of 2" thick type "C" asphalt. Their crews completed the job in two days. Their crew was very professional and the new driveway turned out great! We highly recommend their services.
