I have purchased flooring at Carolina Carpet and Floors numerous times and always been more than satisfied. This last time did not disappoint. I had hardwood flooring installed in my bedroom and it is gorgeous. The crew that did the installation were top notch. Thanks Carolina Carpet and Floors!

We called on a Monday and spoke to Deana and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we walked into the store to complete the transaction we were helped almost immediately. They had us scheduled for install that Wednesday. The technician was very fast and efficient too. They were affordable too. I would highly recommend them. Overall they were helpful, fast, and efficient.

From the moment you walk into the building, through choosing what type of flooring, explaining the different types of flooring and allowing you the time to choose, even to the house visit for measurements, no delay in scheduling were amazing. On arrival of the workers was timely, professional, and courteous. I recommend them highly and will be using them again for bedrooms. There prices are affordable. The details of what they feel is the best quality flooring you need isn't force just for your money, but to make sure you will be satisfied of your choice. Excellent service. Deanna was great she quickly gave us an estimate and put us on schedule. They did a fantastic job with all the corners and job was finished the same day. High quality carpet and materials.
