Marshall was wonderful. Our heat went out at the beginning of the cold snap. The first company we called quoted us 6k+ to fix the heat strips and the compressor and tried pushing us to just buy a whole unit. They stated it would take 3-5 weeks before they could even get it fixed. After sleeping on it, we decided to call Carolina Climate Control. Marshall came out, fixed the heat strips, and cut the compressor repair cost down to something that is actually affordable. Best part, the turn around time is a week at most and didn’t push us to replace the whole unit. Don’t waste the time with anyone else - Carolina should be your first call with any A/C services needed.
