Called in the morning, he was here in afternoon. It wasnt even for an emergency. Great guy very prompt, courteous, answered all my questions and very fair pricing. Peter and his guys were so very nice and respectful. Will definitely call him the the fall for my heater service and will highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Pete did an outstanding job not only repairing our air unit but also kept in regular contact, making sure we understood the problem, facilitating the purchase of warrantied items, keeping us updated on when parts would arrive, and when the work would be complete. We have used Carolina Cooling Systems 3 times now and they will be the first we call if any issues were to arise again.

We had a great experience with Carolina Cooling Systems. He was highly recommended. I reached out and within the day had a response of when he can come out and was able to schedule us sooner we thought possible during peak of the summer (unlike many other companies). They did a great job installing my unit in the blistering heat. Me and my husband very much appreciated his concern for getting our unit working with me being pregnant. After unit was installed Peter took the time to go around to each supply and check the temp to make sure it was working and explained how the new a/c unit works. I can not say enough great things about Peter and his team and would recommended to anyone looking for some a/c work done
