Carolina Custom Fence Co

Carolina custom fence was great our fence blew down due to the hurricane. Bill and his crew came and put hole new fence up. Bill is a real professional !! He told my wife and i how long it would take and he was right on the money. Would definitely recommend them thank you bill 👍

Had appointment set up for 5:30pm Tuesday to have someone come out and give estimate on getting fence. No one ever came or called. The next day someone called to set up appointment to give estimate for my fence, and I told him he was supposed to come the night before. He apologized, explained how busy they were, and we set a new appointment for Friday at 5:30pm. Friday at 6pm I call to find out where he is, and he said he was in Wallace. So I guess that means once again, no show, no call from him. I can understand being busy because of the storm, but that does not excuse horrible customer service and not being where you say you are going to be or calling to cancel if something comes up. Obviously I will not be trying for a third time to set up appointment. I can only imagine how l

Overall awesome experience! Bill was quick to respond to calls/emails and did a fantastic job installing our privacy fence! Would definitely recommend this company!
