I had Scott come out to inspect a home I am selling. He is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He spent 4 hours covering every inch of my property. What I really appreciated was that he would stop from time to time and go over things he found. In addition, he would make recommendations that were very helpful. The report is extensive. It covers every area inspected in detail (with pictures). This was absolutely money well spent for me. This allows me to correct issues that the buyers (and likely their inspector) would have found and speed the closing process. I highly recommend Carolina Elite Home Inspections (Scott Lail) whether you are buying or selling your home. In fact, if I had it to do all over again it wouldve been worth it to have him do an inspection every 5 years or so.

Hands Down this is a great company!! Scott did an excellent job on inspecting a potential home I was purchasing and actually saved me more than I could have asked for. Long story short he prevented me from making a huge mistake!!! Get an inspection folks things aren't always as pretty once you start peeling the layers back!!
