I can’t say enough about Carolina Floor Solutions. I called after browsing their many positive commercial reviews to see if they would do residential work. I needed my couch and mattress cleaned after my dog left several urine markings that I thought would never come out. These guys invested so much time making sure they could meet my needs and deliver quality results. I cannot say enough about Charles, the owner, and Randy, his partner and right hand man. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. These guys are the best!

For the one person that came and did the floors at my store he did an amazing job. Considering how large the store was he got it done in good time and was exceptionally polite. The floors looked amazing and were done and dry in 3 hrs. Thank you very much Mr. Pat.

Absolutely fantastic service! Patrick was completely professional, even when several customers were rude toward him or tried to ignore his and my informing them of the store being closed for cleaning. The floors look absolutely amazing, just like brand new! 10/10 would recommend their service to anyone who needs their floors cleaned.

This is a man who takes pride in his work!! Just had a truck delivery and he moved everything out of the way so that he could tend to the floors. Was very polite to customers who gave attitude to both him and I for the store being closed for cleaning. Paid attention to every nook and cranny making sure there was no nasty residue left behind, floors look better than they did when they were installed. Truly no complaints!
