Fabulous work. Anthony and his team deserve more recognition than I can give. The FOUNDATION and FLOORING throughout the majority of my home was falling in. They were able to remove all the damaged FLOOR JOIST and PLYWOOD to replace. We have had several quotes, many contractors were unable to handle the job as Anthony was able to take care of all permits and give us a great price, very affordable, honest and open with pricing we were given a itemized invoice with all the cost. I will recommend these guys for as long as I can. Any structural repair, foundation, crawl space or flooring these are your guys

Recently had our crawlspace fully encapsulated. We are extremely happy that we chose to go with these guys, they came highly recommended from Blanton. Recommend for any encapsulation or insulation needs.

The crew at Carolina foundations were very professional, very quick, clean, and affordable. They are absolutely subject matter in their field. It was great working with them as they educated me and with the services they provided.

Save yourself the wasted phone calls and days of waiting around. We originally scheduled an attic re-insulation for July 30th at 10am. By 11am, no one had shown up—no call, no update, no explanation. After we made multiple calls, we were told the technician might come between 1–4pm or after 5pm. Despite waiting the entire day, no one ever arrived and still no communication. The next morning, we received a random text that a tech was “on the way.” We had already explained how difficult it was for us to arrange time off work, but this was completely disregarded, and of course no one was home to meet them. When we spoke with Anthony (our main point of contact), he explained that the rainy season had caused scheduling complications. While we were extremely frustrated with the lack of commun

*Edited review* 11/06 Upon seeing my review, Anthony contacted us right away to remedy the situation. He personally came by to discuss the problems and make sure a team came by to fix everything. We didn’t have to pay the other company to fix it. We had work done to our duct system 2 years ago by this company and after having another company come out this past week due to HVAC issues- we have now been told that the work wasn’t completely finished in the crawl space nor did they use the right size material for our system. I am giving a star only because Anthony was very nice. It is so frustrating to know that we paid more than $8,000 to have our duct system redone only for it to be an unfinished job and not done properly. We must now pay to have another company correct the errors.
