I hate to give this review b/c Chad the owner helped my mom out with an install and did a complete install at my mom's neighbor, Hank. Moreover, he provides service to some of my neighbors in Laurel Mountain Estates. By all accounts, he does great work. However, the guy employed answering the phones and doing customer service is totally unreliable. Here is my experience. My mountain house A/C unit was not blowing cold air. I contacted Carolina H&A and two techs came out, checked the system, and charged the system with refrigerant - $385 total. The house never cooled properly. I called Carolina H&A, and the guy answering phones promised to have a tech call me. After two weeks of no response, I called back, and the same guy told me he would have a tech call me back. This company is the best in the state as far as I'm concerned. I remember hearing this story of the owner offering jobs to kids on the street who were hustling just trying to get a brush to comb they hair. God bless yall. Keep up the great work guys.

A great business that chooses quality over quantity. Very professional owner and very generous. Spoke with him about different parts of the unit and he explained everything very in-depth and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Carolina Heating and Air LLC to anyone who needs quality work at a great price.

Owner is one of the most respectful men I’ve come across. I am not able to use his services but for someone to look out for people with manners and offer a job to someone in need should be commended. Thank you man

Did not use this company personally but the owner is a very honest and amazing hearted person. Willing to sacrifice his company and reputation to hire people off the street and give them an honest living. Hope this company goes far and god bless.
