Five Stars! Excellent hot tub service. I’ve had this team of professionals service my hot tub since my initial installation 8 years ago. The tech is always on time and quickly diagnoses the problem. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issues and made sure the hot tub was running correctly before leaving. They take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. Their prices are reasonable and they keep simple parts on hand to prevent delays. I highly recommend them to my friends. Even a little water is concerning when you own a hot tub and when I saw water gathering around ours, I texted Drake straight away. He was extremely responsive to my text and lucky us, the repair was completed by the time I got home from work. I couldn't even tell anyone had been on the property because it was cleaned up so beautifully and the tub was in working order and ready for a soak!

Excellent service! I've used 3 different hot tub repair companies in Hendersonville over the last 10 years and Drake is my new go-to! He went above and beyond and found a simple fix for what previous repair guys weren't even willing to touch. Can't recommend him and his company enough!

6 stars! This company makes owning a hot tub so easy! Drake is totally responsive, competent, and extremely helpful as I learn about my hot tub and as small repairs have been required. He is always willing to share his knowledge and give real-time walk-through instructions over the phone. If he is out of town, he will say what day he returns… so I don’t leave a message, but call him on the return date (I know some people leave long messages filling up the voice mail!). I called today and he was phoned me back within three minutes and walked me through one problem I was having and advised me to contact the store I bought it from to initiate a warrantied assessment and repair on a possible small leak. He is SO friendly and so helpful! I heartily recommend Carolina Hot Tub Solutions!!!!!!
