Great company, came right out to get info, pics, and give an estimate. Crew came out the next day and were done in a few hours. The staff were excellent at informing me of every aspect of the process of getting a new package unit installed. The guys did a nice, neat job and were very courteous & helpful. I really appreciated them coming out on short notice right at New Year's Eve and getting the job done. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Standby 22,000 kw Generac Generator was installed a few days ago. The six man crew was professional, detail minded, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel extremely confident of their expertise after they completed the installation. I definitely would recommend this company to everyone.

My experience with Carolina HVAC couldn’t have been any better! Our heat went out last Friday, so we had gone over the weekend with no heat except for tower heaters. Once i called Carolina HVAC this morning Kyle was at my house shortly after. After finding the issue with the switch on the unit Kyle had us up and running in no time. He took the time to explain his findings and explaining the problem and how he fixed it. The charge was very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend Carolina HVAC and Kyle!! My only regret is that we didn’t make the call sooner. I am so grateful to have received such good service. Good people do exist and there is a reason this company is the best! Thank you so much!!

The technician was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, explaining what they were checking and why every step of the way. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and professionalism.
