Carolina Irrigation and Lighting

We have used this company for our irrigation and outside lighting needs. The irrigation installation only took 3 days and the lighting only took 2. Good communication, reasonable pricing, and quality work! Such a nice staff and crew, looking forward to our next phase of irrigation work this fall.

Carolina Irrigation was at my neighbors today and managed to cut the internet lines to the entire street. I noticed when I walked down that there was no paint marketing’s when you call 811. Many people this day and time work from home so when a company deviates outside of the rules others suffer in down time. I called the company but didn’t get a call back. Please be diligent when working as you may cause others down time with negligence.

Bobby did an outstanding job of repairing my aging backflow. It was leaking water into the street and Kelsey got him out within a few hours. Bobby identified the problem, rebuilt the backflow and left the yard in the condition he found it. Andy

STAY AWAY! BAIT and SWITCH! The technicians came out and did the free inspection. They told me it would between $200 or so to fix a leak, but if there were unforeseen complications it could cost closer to $300. Afterwards I asked how it went and they said it was perfectly smooth, no complications. Later came the bill for almost $400. I called to ask about it and explained that the valve box was full of water again. They said the bill was correct and would not budge. Then I got another Bill for almost another $100 for them to come our and tell me there is no leak and the valve box must be full of water from something else. I won't be calling them again. I suggest looking for another company.

We just had Addison and Geo out to inspect our system here in Clemmons for a possible leak. They both were very knowledgeable and efficient and were able to diagnose the issues quickly . Better than any other company we’ve had here. I would highly recommend them and the company. In fact, I plan on signing up for their annual maintained plan. Thanks guys!
