Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. We hired Carolina Metro Landscape for a large outdoor living project at our home in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From day one, they were professional, organized, and incredibly detailed. They showed up on time, called ahead with their ETA, and took the time to truly understand exactly what we wanted. What really stood out was their documentation and communication. They used GoPro cameras (with our permission) to make sure every detail of the design was captured correctly. They took thorough measurements, photos, and videos for the planning phase, especially since this was a fairly large outdoor patio and kitchen project. It gave us confidence that nothing would be missed. O
