I hired Carolina Pack N Go a couple times to help with my move and packing my rented pods. Scott and Mikey packed one of my pods really well and I was pleased. So I hired Carolina Pack N Go to help load my rented moving truck. I had scheduled them to be at my house at 12:00 PM. When they did not show up, I called the company and each time I spoke to someone they said they would find out where they were and call me back, I never heard back and for the next 5 hours I kept calling with no response or call back. Finally when I did hear from Keice, the one who was scheduled to help with my loading, he stated to me that he was on another job and didn’t want to upset his customer by calling me to let me know the delay, I felt that was unprofessional, I am a paying customer also. I went with Carolina Pack & Go for a move from NC to TN after getting several other estimates. I did my own packing, they mainly moved my furniture. Very happy I chose them! The owner, Mike, knows the business well and is an honest, customer oriented man. The crew was outstanding, so courteous, conscientious, and careful with my things. Very professional. Felt they treated me as they would treat their own family. Everything arrived safe and sound, including my baby grand piano and my plants! Great company, highly recommend! Good price.

I requested their services to move a dining set from SC to NC on very short notice and tight time restraints. The price was very reasonable. Justin responded quickly and was very accommodating. I ended up not using them to move the furniture only because my husband and relatives did it for free.
