Hired Carolina Pinewood LLC to clear 1.33 acres of my 4 + acre lot. My initial interactions with the owner before and at the incipient- midpoint stages of the project was very good. The owner notified me he completed the project, sent me an image with waypoints depicting he was done. Using additional technology, I found that the job was short by .34 acres. When I brought this to the attention of the owner he stated "we have decided to stop where we are now." instead of completing the job. The two stars reflect the initial interaction with the owner, job quality, and willingness to reduce the price of the job to reflect what was completed. Double check and pay close attention to the owner and company.

Carolina Pinewood did a fantastic job clearing a lot. That was full of brush and small trees. We can now see our pond perfectly. They were fast, clean, and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew did a fantastic job. Our driveway washed out and the guys came out and made it beautiful in a few days! We left home while they worked, but I got regular photos and updates. They came by after we were back home to make sure we were happy - and they stand by their work.

The owner came up with a creative custom drainage solution for my lot. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional at all times, and competitively priced. He responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly, and was patient and helpful while I navigated required HOA approvals. Highly recommended for clearing, grading, and drainage projects!

Carolina Pinewood cleared several acres of land for me and mulched everything up beautifully. Loved the end product!
