Wow, I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this business, thanks to Emily. I had run into an issue with my Delta kitchen faucet where Delta sent me the wrong replacement part--actually it was the right part by number but the incorrect part in reality. Imagine how fun that is to figure out--I called around to multiple other plumbing stores and got nowhere. Emily not only was able to help me troubleshoot the issue but she was able to source the part the same day! All fixed now. Really good. You can't park on the street if you're a big truck. And they have just enough room in their driveway for one truck they will come bang on your door at 6 in the morning to move to get their trucks and side the gate. But once they put you in they get you unloaded quick. Very polite and very professional
