My elderly grandmother's roof was leaking, so we called for service, and the owner responded promptly. He informed us that the roof had not been installed correctly, which aligns with what two other companies have told us. He was there less than an hour, charging $500 for the visit. However, a week later, the roof is still leaking. We attempted to reach him for follow-up, but we were unable to contact him, and he never returned our calls despite saying he had multiple crews during his visit.
