I have nothing but great things to say about this company. All of their staff members have been a tremendous help with getting 2 of my property pools open in a timely manner! I cannot recommend them enough for any of your pool needs.

I can attest to the other 1 star reviews, this company is extremely unprofessional, does not respond to calls and messages, does not fulfill on what they say they will do, and do not tell the truth. Called Ash (one of the owners) to replace my pool pump once again after 18 months of the previous one being replace by this company (they replace previous one under warranty). He said he would "call in a favor with Pentair" since they are a certified repair company for Pentair. He said they were able to have Pentair give him a new pump and he would install it once he got it. That was about 2 months ago, where I called WEEKLY with no response. Monica (receptionist/office manager) is extremely untruthful. I spoke with her several times, asked her to have Ash call me back, asked her to pleas

Had a Pentair Heater with an error code. Had a guy come out three times. Thermistor - didn't fix. Igniter Board - didn't fix. Control Board - didn't fix. After $640 of parts that didn't fix it, I called Carolina Swim. 20 minutes, found a varmint chewed wire. Jumpered. Done. All fixed. They know their stuff and are great to work with.

They replaced media in sand filter and replaced multi port valve at our rehabilitation pool. This left space considerably cleaner than they found it.

Not sure if the other poster lives in Stonesthrow but same thing.......one excuse after another and then not even the courtesy of a response for 3 days! The response is just so they could put their own 5 stars. Tried to call but neither Ashe or Chris would respond. Ashe met with the board and told a wonderful story much like the rambling response. You may have succeeded in raising your average but I doubt you'll get any other 5 star reviews that you don't write yourselves!
