I contracted with Carolina Turnkey Solutions to pour a 50’ x 40’ concrete slab for a new house construction. Working with Cody and Jacob on the project could not have gone better as I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The review and quoting process for the project was very smooth and efficient. The work was performed on a timely basis and met or exceeded my expectations. Their team showed up as scheduled and performed excellent work and left the jobsite clean and orderly. Appreciated the attention to detail and communication throughout the process. Their work focused on correcting drainage issues and expanding my existing patio in a way that provided accessibility to underground utilities (should the need arise). I had loads of questions which they not only answered but took the time to educate me on options and the process/steps along the way. Carolina Turnkey Solutions figured out the leak problems in two townhouses in our building based on their knowledge and experience. They put a camera into the wall near the leaks to confirm their suspicions. Multiple prior roofing and construction contractors never figured it out. They installed the missing flashing and created weep holes. After multiple rainstorms, we are happy to say that the problems are solved! They are timely and efficient, and very easy to work with. Bravo to Cody and team!
