Carolina Wood Floors

I highly recommend this company!! I needed a 3 inch wide threshold and after going to SIX other stores in Winston, Carolina Wood Floors was the only one able to help. Not only were they incredibly kind, they custom made the piece I needed quickly and at an amazing price! I will always shop here first for any flooring needs! They are the real deal. The threshold they made for me was gorgeous. I would give them more stars if possible!

I do not recommend. There was a lack of communication between the manager and the people who did the work. There was a lack of oversight and quality control. My home was left in poor condition, which they mostly remedied after I pointed out the issues. The job took longer than I had been told it would take. If I ever need floors refinished in the future, I would not use CWF again.

We used Carolina Wood Floors to install new flooring upstairs in our home. It was so beautiful that we asked them to come back and refinish our existing flooring downstairs. Professional and friendly from beginning to end. We are so glad to deal with a company that has been around for a long time and knows their trade. We purchased new Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP) for our old house. The old pine wood floors were not in good enough shape to refinish. The LVP was cost effective and utilitarian for our lifestyle. LVP will allow us not to worry about our pet's nails or other worries of wood floors. Thank you CWF for your professional installation. I love my house again!

Had lots of word of mouth recommendations that these guys were the best to work with. We had a bit of a challenge communicating with our sales rep that led to a gross under-estimation of our project and a delay in finishing our install. When we raised these concerns to management, they came to our home to apologize, worked to find a solution that would make everyone happy, and ultimately honored our contract even though it meant they had to order additional materials at their own expense. Install was done quickly and professionally and, most importantly, looks great! They had to match a hardwood floor that was installed almost twenty years ago and did a great job. We love our new floor and would definitely recommend working with Carolina Wood Floors even with the hiccups we experienced at
