We have been utilizing Caroline Heating and Air since they installed our new HVAC units. Since day one of contacting them for an estimate for the new units, to this week when Brian came out for our semi-annual maintenance inspection, we’ve had excellent service and attention from them. Brian was on time, efficient, professional and so easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this company for new installations, as well as maintenance and any service issues.

Brian arrived on time for the service call and did a complete unit inspection and cleaned it. He also moved the thermostat for the humidity unit to a more accurate reading location from where they originally installed it. He explained what he found as well as what he did to the unit. Great job!
