I have wanted to convert my garden tub shower combo into a walk-in shower for a very long time. I would not have even thought of Carol’s Carpets for a complete bathroom renovation had it not been for a friend who used them and had a great experience. I worked with Kellie Reese to choose the quartz for the countertops and the tile for the bathroom. I also decided to replace my kitchen countertop from laminate to quartz. Luckily there was enough quartz left from the kitchen and master bathroom countertops to also do my guest bathroom. She had several contractors she recommended and all were fantastic to work with. Kellie came by periodically to check on progress and was always 1 text message away when I had questions.

Highly recommend! Our sales person was Debra Perlan. She was very professional and answered all our questions. Also, she was always available and my calls never went to voicemail, which I greatly appreciated. Carol's Carpet company was excellent to deal with. Extremely flexible and accommodating with delivery and install dates. Installers did an excellent job! Came on time and cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

Tony McCarty with Carol's Carpets has once again successfully sold & delivered carpet & flooring for my new home in Alex City, AL. I just want to say that not all heroes wear capes and the people of Carol’s Carpet are definitely proof. Here’s my story: I am in the process of starting my own business and had renovated my store front to prepare for an upcoming inspection. Nearing the end of completion of the renovations I had a local contractor that would be installing coilbase trim for flooring stop showing up/ communicating with me. I was devastated because payments were already completed (5300.00). I went to the business to get some kind of understanding. I was greeted by a locked door with the contractor staring at me with no intention of opening the door. I felt cheated. We experienced a leak in our kitchen that caused water damage to the floor. We went to Carol's carpet and had a consultation with Kelly. We chose flooring and booked a home visit to get final details for a quote. Kelly came to our home and preformed a mediocre consultation and then disappeared. We never heard from anyone at the company after that. Customer Service 0, Professionism 0, Follow Through 0,0,0,0. Get an honest Mexican company to do your floor and carpet work like I did. Less hassle, cheaper prices and basic respect.
