Recently my husband and I purchased new flooring for 4 bedrooms (carpet) and our living room/ dining area (wood) We went ro Carol's carpet in Prattville and got to work with Kasey Thames. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also gave us options that were similar to what we were looking at, but would save us on cost. That was a big help that we truly appreciated. Everyone that we talked to there when we stopped to make payments or ask questions were very nice and helpful. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. The installers for both the wood flooring and carpet were very proficient in their job and clea2ned up as they worked. They all did a great job.

The entire team were such professionals from the sales associate to the people installing our flooring. They completed everything in a cost friendly manor, including removing tile from both bathrooms. We greatly appreciate their timely and high quality services!!
