Carpe Diem Cleaning

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent move-in clean and in general with the service from start to finish. I chose Carpe Diem Cleaning based on the many positive reviews here on Google. I was told by the staff who scheduled my cleaning that I would be sent a text 30 minutes prior to their cleaners arriving at my home. Instead, I got a phone call when they were just a few minutes away, so I had to rush from work to meet them, and the cleaning team was understandably frustrated after having to wait. Then, when I returned home after they finished cleaning, I found multiple tasks that had been marked on my move-in cleaning checklist that had not actually been completed. I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning Bertha and Greisy did at my home. I was extremely embarrassed to have anyone over because I had let it get so dirty, but they did an incredible job cleaning my apartment and didn’t let me feel judged one bit.
