We’ve been in our home for 32 years and I wanted to get new windows. Dustin Carpenter and his crew had helped me put a roof on my uncle’s house and I was so satisfied with them, I asked them to do my windows. I absolutely love them! We had seven windows in our home, two of which were picture windows which I can now open for the first time in 32 years! They are beautiful and bright and easy to open and close. The price was much more reasonable than I expected. Dustin walked with me every step of the way with any and every question that I had. We called Dustin with Carpenter Roofing & Construction after the big storm in June and he quickly came and made sure we were safe in case another storm hit and assisted us with filing our claim with insurance. Once we were given the go ahead - Dustin replaced our broken windows, dented garage doors, our roof and gutters. They painted everything and it looks perfect. He then confirmed all work with our insurance and then waited until we were paid in full to collect the payment. The process was so easy and hassle free. He also did my son’s house and my parent’s. Dustin and Pam were fantastic to work with. About a year ago I needed a new roof at a commercial property. Dustin answered every single question I had, and made sure I was very comfortable with the process. Pam was on site every day, took pictures, and did everything I requested. When issues came up, Pam immediately rushed over and handled everything with grace and haste. It says a lot about them that when situations came up, Pam and Dustin knew how to handle them, and did it swiftly. So many vendors nowadays want to put blame on everyone else, but Pam and Dustin made sure that everything was taken care for our roofing project.
