My house had water damage, and I needed new solid oak floors in half the first floor. The other half was undamaged, and I was hoping that the color of the new floor would match the old floor as much as possible. Todd Henderson at Carpet America and the install team did a fabulous job! The new and old flooring look almost exactly the same. Todd also worked with me to fit the flooring work in with the rest of a complicated rebuild schedule. He notified me in a timely way that the laundry room's vinyl flooring was not going to arrive on time, and suggested an alternate flooring that was in stock. Needed new carpet in my condo/office. Worked with Lisa and she took care of the whole process flawlessly. Old carpet torn out and replaced in one go. Installer did an amazing job. VERY happy with the experience!

Just had Carpet America (Mechanicsville) install some carpet in a bedroom and have to say that Todd Henderson was very professional and speedy with the install. It all happened in a matter of days NOT weeks (like other companies). His crew was not only professional and FAST but also very nice AND vacuumed the room before they left. Good job guys. Thank you.
