They recommended some upgrades, such as carpet stretching and fixing an area that had been ripped up. I would highly recommend them to anyone because they are trustworthy and reliable. BEWARE This company is NOT "Newtown Carpet Cleaners" the Original since 1975 After reading some review comments I see there's something fishy here, customers all calling this company "Newton" carpet cleaners? do they mean 'Newtown"? What is the name of this outfit? In fact there is no "Newton" carpet cleaners! But there's a NEWTOWN Carpet and Upholstery cleaners. Don't be fouled if they tell you that they are!
They arranged for the rug cleaning to be done within two days and at a time that was convenient for me. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them to others. 5.5
My carpets were filthy, but they left them spotless and smelling fresh as spring air
