Carpet City Flooring Center Green Bay

Nice selection of flooring but very disappointed in their customer service. We purchased expensive hard wood flooring from them only to have an issue with some boards splitting months after being installed. We had flooring professionally installed, just not by them. Because it was not by them, they did not stand behind their product. In fact, we were told by their inspector from the get go that Carpet City most likely won't stand behind it as they usually find some reason one way or another. We decided to purchase a few boards ourselves to replace the faulty pieces. At that time we were told they not longer sell this particular hardwood as they became aware it was a faulty product. Okay, so you KNOW it's faulty but you still find a reason to not compensate us??!

Javier hooked us up with a nice carpet at a solid price. He let us take a nice large sample piece home to really be sure it was what we were looking for.

Just had our carpet installation completed and this has honestly been one of the best overall experiences with any company we have ever engaged with. Honest, fair, and respectful. They treat you like family and truly go above and beyond. Go in and ask for Brian. Both he and his installer were great and truly made this an enjoyable experience, which, let's be honest, doesn't happen too often anymore these days. Thanks for everything Brian!
