Carpet City

My experience from beginning to end was excellent with Carpet City on Pleasanton Rd, S.A. Tx. I was unsure at first because there weren't any current reviews, one current from another location in Wausau. Mr. Larry took the time to explain the different grades and textures of carpet as well as padding, laid out samples of carpet and padding so I could feel what I would be purchasing. On installation day the installer was on time, skilled in his trade, my carpet was installed perfect, it was done in good timing, everything was cleaned and vacuumed at the end of installation. The price was way cheaper than the big box store and I got a better grade of carpet. Mr. Larry did call after installation to make sure we were satisfied with the carpet and installation. I cannot begin to describe the experience I had with this company. Just, WOW. The customer service, communication, product and installation. Phenomenal. And all at nearly HALF the price I was quoted by a couple other places. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Erica at the Wausau location was very helpful when picking out flooring and tile for our new home due to her experience in design. She is very knowledgeable and knew what style I was leaning towards. That helped her find product for me that I looking for. I would highly recommend working with her.

Friends from San Antonio I have to say I was pretty excited to see so many carpets in one place with very good quality and decent prices and customer service second to none do yourself a favor bring your family get one for every room. I hope you have a great experience as I did.

I am totally satisfied with the my purchase! We went and looked at carpet and the staff was awesome. They worked with me on the day I could have it installed. He came out and this man was awesome. He was so polite. He spent the day installing my carpet in my double wide. The price was better than anywhere is San Antonio. My house is in Seguin and they had no problem going out there.
