Excellent service! Extraordinarily beautiful experience, Shaq worked w/me on the bottom line price to help me achieve the goal of finally covering my stairs in my home as a result of a house fire! Jeff, the owner was so easy to be in relationship with. We worked out a few kinks and he actually actively listened and found viable solutions to assist me in having a successful install. They even took their trash w/them upon my request, that is! The workmanship is top notch!!

Great customer service and good quality carpets to chose from. Ali made 2 customs rugs for me - one rectangle and one round. Both came out awesome and the padding underneath makes me feel like I’m walking on clouds. Rugs were ready within 3 days. 🙏😊🏆 thank u

Very impressed - Wide selection of carpets to choose from, good price and reliable. They were not pushy and provided several samples that we could take home. They ripped up the old carpet (40 years old) which used glue making it much harder to rip up. The person also spent time scraping the steps so that the residue was gone. The following day the carpet and installer arrived. The installer measured everything before he started and realized that I had made a mistake and the carpet I asked for was 1 1/2 feet short (MY FAULT) however, Carpet City delivered a new one within 30 minutes that was the right size. 21 1/2 feet vs. 20 feet long. Zafar, the owner of this business and his installation team of Francisco and his son were super good. The quality, price and service was excellent. The installation was very professionally done and all mess was cleaned simultaneously. No headache for us...Thanx
