Carpet Cleaning Excellence

Susan is an absolute wonder when it comes to cleaning dirty and badly stained carpeting! I’m so sorry I didn’t take before and after pictures but trust me, it was BAD! She worked so hard on the stains and when she was done I was utterly amazed! She’s also very punctual, extremely reasonably priced and kind. I’d recommend her whole heartedly to anyone needed their carpets cleaned!!!

I had my Carpet cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Excellence, Susan was very professional, confidant, and accomplished what she said she would do. My carpet was on a death spiral, I honestly didn’t think there were any hope At all it could be cleaned. But not only was it cleaned it looked like a new carpet. Well beyond my expectations. She was on time and efficient and quick, Because my time is very important to me. I would recommend this company hands down, there were know hidden cost, just straight forward Old school honest negotiation, that you don’t see to much of these days

Honestly, very accommodating. I needed a carpet cleaning for someone who was super allergic to cats moving into an apartment. Then at the last second the apartment complex ripped out and replaced the carpets and they were generous enough to let me cancel. However, the complex does require yearly professional cleaning. Due to the excellent customer service I hope I can work with this company again when the time for the mandatory cleaning comes. Thanks!

I have been using Carpet Cleaning Excellence for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Susan is wonderful, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things stains. I call them every year and she has saved me from having to purchase new carpeting in my house. You will not be disappointed!! Hands down, the best!!

My very large dog had many accidents on the carpeting. I scheduled an appointment with CC Excellence a few days after his passing. I was very embarrassed by the condition of my carpeting. Susan could not have been nicer. She is such a hard worker. I cannot believe how nice my carpet looks now! Highly recommend!
