Carpet Club replaced the laminate flooring in my daughter's room after it sustained water damage. They were super professional and very patient with me throughout the process. Jim the salesperson I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Greg the owner really went above and beyond in getting me the best price possible. Kevin was great and helped me with all my flooring samples. They had great customer service and communication. The installer Ron did an amazing job with the flooring. He got the job done in a timely manner. He was very professional, efficient, attentive, and clean. This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Carpet Club. We purchased our “new to us” home in 2020 and desperately wanted tile that looked like wood flooring throughout the home minus the bedrooms. Carpet Club did not disappoint. Their sale team helped us find exactly what we wanted within our budget. Installation went flawlessly. 4 years later we needed to replace the carpets in our bedrooms asap! We went in the store on Wednesday, the sales team helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, and as it was in stock, it was installed on Friday. We highly recommended Carpet Club, with their excellent customer service, great selection of flooring and remarkable craftsmanship. By far the best flooring company we’ve ever done business with!

The carpet club is by far the best in product, customer service, installation, and communication. I shopped around and saw hundreds of carpet samples but the carpet club allowed me to take my time to decide which carpet I wanted for all the bedrooms in the home. They explained the different types of carpets and padding. It was just great in all aspects. The installation was done smoothly fast and looks amazing. I will be using carpet club for the hard flooring areas next. If your looking for great flooring at affordable costs….this is your place.
