We were extremely please with the carpet installation we received from Carpet Crafters. The installers (David Manahan and his crew) were very professional and did an outstanding job. They installed carpet in 4 bedrooms in about 6 hours. This also included removing furniture from one large bedroom. We would definitely recommend Carpet Crafters for your flooring needs. Their prices are very competitive with the local market. Thanks again for a job well done.

We are having Carpet Crafters come in today and install our carpets. They are extremely responsive to phone calls and texts. They had the best price around and Tony really seems to care about his customers and customer service. I'm excited to see the new carpets installed!

I called Carpet Crafters on April 13th to see if someone could come out and stretch my carpet. They took my information, but no one ever called me back. I called again a couple of weeks later and was told that I was on a list, they still had my information and that someone would contact me to get that scheduled. As of May 24th, I have not heard from them. I do not plan on calling them a 3rd time.

I needed carpet for a small project and I wasn’t pushed by a salesperson to buy the most expensive carpet I could afford. I felt well taken care of and the prices were extremely fair.
