They are an established business with customer service that will knock your socks off. They go out of their way to create a positive customer service experience. When looking for something for my home Carpet Craftsman is always my first stop and I rarely have to go anywhere else. I encourage you to check them out.

My wife and I stopped in Saturday afternoon to look at flooring options for our new home construction planned for this year. There were a lot of options for all flooring styles in different price ranges. Store staff were friendly and helpful, but also gave us time on our own to see which options we liked.

Basically had a personal shopper. Impressive knowledge by the older gentleman who helped us. He really listened and put together items that fit our needs. Took the time to explain the good, the bad and the ugly about flooring types.
