Carpet Depot did a great job for me. First they aided in selection of a flooring material. I chose a LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank). The women who work the desk in the store were great help, particularly Melyssa, who always recognized me and knew my name. They worked with me in scheduling the install. I chose to have it installed in 4 separate phases, so that household disruption was at a minimum. Carpet Depot was totally cool with that. Installation was smooth and easy, with installers Donald and Warren. The big room took two guys a day, and the smaller bedrooms were each executed in a single day by one installer. Can’t thank you enough for researching and finding the perfect vinyl flooring I had envisioned for our new kitchen dining remodel! It is so unique and yet very homey as a kitchen area should be!

My son and I both remodeled our homes in the last six months and were so happy with the service we received from the people at Carpet Depot. They were so helpful as we selected various samples for both houses. There was no sales pressure. The products were installed very professionally and we both love the results. If I could give Carpet Depot more than five stars I would. They’re a local company that stands behind their products! A year ago I had our handyman put in a new kitchen floor using vinyl plank flooring I purchased at Carpet Depot. The floor looked beautiful, but within a matter of months the planks started separating from each other. It wasn’t long before they began to buckle and rise off the floor. When they first separated our handyman said nothing like this had ever happened to a floor he put in. He slid the pieces back together. Later he suggested we get ahold of Carpet Depot; perhaps the flooring was faulty. We got a second opinion from yet another handyman who also thought it might be a bad batch of flooring.
