Carpet Direct is my first choice when purchasing flooring. We have purchased Luxury Vinyl and Carpet for many rooms in our present home and previous home. I have purchased from Carpet Direct twice in the last 10 years, Denver area. I gave it three stars since it is a good deal, I would award no Star to the installation team.T he deal on carpet is excellent and delivery and installation is prompt. However, they don't have their own installers, they have contracted installers of which some are probably good and others not so much. Your contract with the installer is a private contract and not with Carpet Direct. My first installation has been no issue for 10 years. My second most recent one not so good, carpet is coming up off the floor, doesn't stay tacked down and the installer will do nothing about it. if carpet direct tells you to use Steve do not do it, if there is a problem he will never fix it.
