We loved our experience with Carpet Direct, from the initial stages of choosing the perfect eco-friendly carpet, to the final install. Curtis answered all of our questions, ordered in samples for us, and was always on the ball with text/email communications. The install was very professional, and the herringbone design lined up perfectly on our stairs and hallway. We chose a 100% wool carpet that is non-toxic. It looks and feels amazing, and we couldn't be happier. I love that this is a family-run business, and you can tell it is run efficiently by people who care. Highly recommend!

Carpet Direct & Flooring, LLC is THE place to go for all your floor covering needs. They are very pleasant and professional and do fantastic work. Tessa was very helpful in our flooring choices and answered all my questions along the way. The selection was huge and the showroom displayed many of the choices perfectly. We self-installed our LVP and Tessa sent helpful pictures and tips to all the questions I had. Our carpet installer, Dan, did a fantastic job with the transitions. In addition, the carpet was installed within three days of it arriving at the store!

Our experience with Carpet Direct has been fantastic! Michelle was so helpful in helping us pick out all the carpet and wood flooring for our new home. She helped with colors and textures for each room. The installers were amazing! They did a beautiful job and cleaned everything up and even vacuumed every room. I will use them for all my future projects I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!!

They did a great job. The upstairs was ready for carpet, but we were still doing some remodeling down in the basement, but they were able to work with our schedule and do the upstairs first and then months later they were able to finish up the basement. Very easy to work with. Cam was great at communicating.

These guys were great to work with. Great options for flooring. We added an LVP a few years ago from Direct. They were so great to work with, we came back for carpet in our bedrooms. Carpet was ordered quick and installed sooner than planned.
