We went in to Carpet Direct to price out some flooring in several areas of our home. We have not yet signed a contract as choices are still being made. Tom is very helpful as well as knowledgeable. So far, its been a good experience. Hopefully the end product will make the whole thing worthwhile.
Tom at Carpet Direct is fantastic and no one can beat his prices. He has a lot of knowledge about installation that he will share, or will do the install himself and a lot of choices for flooring. We own a resort over an hour away from his location but will always go to him for our many many flooring needs.
