Cannot recommend this company enough!! I rarely write reviews but felt like I needed to with how wonderful my whole experience went. I called the number posted online and immediately spoke to Scott. He was very friendly and said he could come out same day to show me his samples and give me a quote. Scott was very knowledgable about flooring. He let me keep the samples overnight to show my husband. When we made our decision for the carpets we wanted, Scott had the final quote that same day. Carpets arrived within a week and installation was scheduled for the following week. The installers were efficient and nice. They completed 4 bedrooms in about 6 hours. Our overall experience with Carpet Direct was amazing! We wanted to replace the carpet in all of our bedrooms with hardwood to match what was already installed throughout the rest of our home. Scott was great, very responsive and came out to the house pretty quickly to go over the product and measure. He kept us up to date on delivery and installation timelines and even came by during the install to make sure it was going good and we were happy. The specific install team was also great. Arrived early every morning and ended the days making sure any messes were cleaned up. They were super professional, friendly, and very patient with our pups. We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Excellent choice for any flooring needs. We were looking for a particular color of CoreTec flooring that was on back order and no company could get it to us in time. Scott contacted other providers and found what we needed in Dallas, TX. He orchestrated getting it to us in less than a week! On top of that, Carpet Direct offered the most affordable prices by a mile - we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Scott!

After shopping around multiple carpet stores, I’m very happy I decided to reach out to Carpet Direct. Scott was an excellent communicator, helpful and not pushy. As someone who also works in a sales position, it’s always nice to have someone follow up and follow through and communicate clearly. Very good experience. Never had to leave my house. Scott brought all samples to our house, we picked out our carpet and Scott had it installed. Absolutely no issues and everything was as promised.
