Prices seemed good. Nice job by contractors on carpet. Crap job on LVP flooring. Tore/broke off the floorboards, installed TVP where it lifted on corners in 2 spots, insta l led over floor nail and it popped up in an area. When contacted. they pointed fingers and then I got ghosted by all 3 people I contacted. I think the LVP person even moved and dissolved his business. Terrible. Never again!

We at carpet direct corp have tried to look up the customer who is complaining about lvp. We can not find her in our customer list,or sold list. She must be talking about another company

Mark Marsters with Carpet Direct is extremely knowledgeable about all floor coverings, and Carpet Direct has a huge selection at the best prices I have seen. I have been extremely happy with every experience I have had with Mark, and recommend him to anyone. This is the only place to buy your carpet, tile or any other floor covering.

Love my wood floors & carpet in my new home. However, we were charged $1000 more to change two 10 foot hallways, from carpet to wood. and I have at least 14 cartons of excess tile sitting in my garage. You would think they would know more about measuring or would’ve been willing to reimburse me. They said they measured what the contractor told them to but just looking at the rooms you would know all that wasn’t needed. I’m sure I was overcharged
