From the sales team to Sal and his team of installers, we had a superb experience. Liz was fantastic to work with and very patient with our decision process and in helping us find exactly what we wanted. She also did a great job of talking us through carpet types and all the finishes and warranty considerations to ensure we would be happy with our purchase for years to come. On the install side, Sal was everything you could ask for in an installer and team lead. He called the night before to discuss logistics for the next day and then, when the team showed up the next day and there was unfortunately a backlog at the warehouse, he walked the job site with me, took note of all my questions and requirements, ensured his team had a full understanding, got them started on demo and then took off

Our experience with Carpet Exchange was excellent. Matt provided detailed information and was able to answer our many questions. He gave us space and time to make decisions and get second opinions without pressuring or "selling". Once we made our decision, the process was easy and painless. Cesar and his team showed up on time, worked incredibly efficiently, handled all disassembling and re-assembling, and left our home as clean as when they arrived. We are so pleased with the result and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Great deal on the Carpet. The Carpet installer was one of the best I've ever seen, total professional, Perfect job, great look, cleaned up and he was gone. Definitely recommend Carpet Exchange, and especially my installer, amazing, worked by himself, the one man crew. And Todd had it all set up and made it so easy, thanks Todd.

Liz was so helpful, experienced and professional every step of the way. Help us choose carpet and padding and was super flexible on a couple of schedule changes I threw at her (not last minute). The installer team did an amazing job and did a detailed walkthrough with me after the install was complete. I could not find one issue. A great experience. Go see Liz at this store!

I love this store! So many great options for flooring! I purchased a beautiful area rug. In trying to find the perfect one, Liz, my saleswoman, had the patience of a saint! She rolled out ones I was interested in and was not annoyed that I wanted to see quite a few. She had a good sense of the type of design and colors I was going for, and helped me narrow it down to a beautiful rug that I love. The people at Carpet Exchange are across the board knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional, patient, and their selection and availability of products is more than enough. I will not go anywhere else for flooring.
