Jon helped us pick out the right flooring for our situation: damaged hardwood and carpet that all needed to be replaced. A different company had told us our only option was to leave the damaged flooring in place and put new flooring on top of it, but Jon really knows his stuff and was able to come up with much better options. The installation crew (Nick and two other people whose names escape me now, sorry) did an awesome job removing the old flooring and installing the new flooring, answered all of our questions, and we are delighted with the results!

Jon Shore guided us through the process of replacing some of the carpet in the house with flooring that perfectly matched the existing flooring in our 4-year-old house and the results are stunning! Jon made everything easy for us and made it all happen in short order, but at our convenience, which was extremely helpful with our hectic schedule. Then Nick and his crew of two arrived at the appointed time last week and took care of everything in short order. They left behind no debris - not even dust! They were finished from one end of the house to the other in record time that same day. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Carpet Exchange. My sales contact, Kyle helped me through the entire process of choosing flooring types fitting my needs and budget. Kyle answered all my questions and there was never any "upselling" which I appreciated! The LVP and Carpet install crews were on time, paid attention to detail, helped move larger furniture and were very efficient. Had a great experience with Kyle, who helped us pick out the perfect floor. The first option we picked was discontinued like the day after we put down a deposit and Kyle was so wonderful to find us other options in similar colors and styles immediately so that our installation wasnt delayed. David did a beautiful job with the installation and was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with the outcome and couldn't be happier with our new flooring!
