Dennis was an awesome sales guy! Gave me an incredible deal on high quality flooring. Walked me through every step of the process and we even used their installers - best experience and would give them a 10/10! It’s hard to find honest, good quality professionals today…and even harder to find them at such a value. My only regret is not calling them sooner!

I found Carpet Express in Georgia while searching for a Anderson Tuftex dealer. Locally (in Southern NJ), a dealer wanted over $3000 for some area rugs for our kitchen. After quickly calculating the square footage, my wife and I knew we were being ripped off. When I called Alan at Carpet Express, they quickly put a quote together for me, educated me further about the quality of the carpet, had all of the binding done, and shipped the area rugs to me. They turned out great. My only regret is that they are not closer to us, so we could use them for wall-to-wall projects. If you're near Daulton, GA, I would definitely call Carpet Express for a quote... they are good people.

Needed some vinyl plank flooring that had been out of stock at Lowes for 4 years. Found it at Carpet Express. I called them and got Gabriel on the line. Great guy. Super honest and thorough. My boxes were shipped same day and I had it in 48 hours. SUPER happy. Thanks Carpet Express and Gabriel.

I was so impressed by Carpet Express in the fall of 2024 that when I needed flooring again in late 2025 there was nowhere else I was even willing to consider. To the point that I even wanted the same "project helper". . . because Suzy was more than a sales consultant. . . she was instrumental in building a relationship of trust and ensuring my project was completed to budget, time and a quality to last.

Stepping into this gorgeous showroom today was totally surprising. Once inside, I was greeted by Debra, who promptly asked what I was interested in. Once I told her LVP with padding, knowledgeable as she was, took me straight to several brands/colors and proceeded to state the details of each. When ready to leave, due to it being close to closing, she handed me a card with further discounted prices. I told her I would be back first thing in the morning to pay and pick up. What I deemed would be a terrifying experience as I don’t know much about this, actually turned out to be painless. Debra is an excellent salesperson, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. A great asset to this company. I am very pleased with the service I received and am excited to return for tomorrow’s completion. 5-
