Dealing with Carpet Express was easy and straight forward. The show room was clean and staff was very knowledgeable, polite , and experienced. They didn’t guide me toward the most expensive carpet but what was best for our home. They allowed us to take multiple samples home to ensure we picked the color we wanted. Then on install day they showed up 5 minutes early. Which seems to be unheard of these days keeping to a time table! The installation crew was fantastic. They treated my home as if it were there own. Carpet looks great and the customer service from day one was superb.

Highly recommend. Start to finish very professional. Details matter and the owner is the primary installer ensuring you get exactly what you want. He treated my home as if it was his own. Very hard working and professional crew.

Carpet Express was wonderful to work with. We purchased our Clarksville home while living out of state. Dylan helped us locate a local store to choose our carpet options. He coordinated with our realtors to measure the space prior to closing. The carpet was installed before our arrival and looked perfect! He took the time to send us photos of the work as soon as it was complete. He was professional, prompt, and personable. Thank you!

I couldn't recommend Carpet Express more!!! We needed our second level carpet replaced ASAP and they were out within a week and a half and finished in one day! They were professional, kind & considerate, provided a high-quality product, and educated us the entire way on what product would meet our needs! Wonderful crew.... inside & out!
