Nick was very patient and helpful throughout the flooring selection process and he personally came to my location to take measurements and give me an estimate. He was very willing to work with me and make adjustments to the plan to help the project fit within my budget. The team came in and did an efficient and quality job and the place looks great! Overall, Nick is a very professional and honest man and I would recommend Carpet Express to anyone!!

I live in New Jersey and own a second home in Ridge. My local carpet guy recommended Carpet Express through the flooring product salesman. John , in the office, was very accommodating and sent a detailed estimate via email the same day it was completed. The installation crew of Eric, Alfred and Dillon were right on time. They removed the old carpet and installed the new flooring in just 4+ hours. They were professional and efficient while never taking a break. And, the new floor looks just great! We have used Carpet Express twice. Most recently last week. We can not say enough good things. Sales person Jessie was very helpful. Nicky who came to measure was great and very professional. Finally the installers did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I cannot possibly speak more positively of how excellent our experience was, beginning from entering the store through delivery into our home. Every person that we had contact with, including one of the owners Nick, sales person John and installer Anthony were most friendly and helpful. We ended up buying a beautiful remnant rug that looks perfect.
