Bought all our flooring from carpet factory 2 1/2 yrs ago. Had a problem with the vinyl in the dining room and they sent Charles and Bud to repair it. Thank you very much for your service.

Had them come out to measure for LVP and carpet. Carpet was installed first part of September maybe end of August, and the LVP started to be installed in September. They could not locate the stair nose and our master bathroom was not ready for them to lay the floor down. The installer said they should be by again with a stair nose in a couple of weeks. Since we just purchased our house and had a plethora of things going on, I called in January and they finally came out in February to finish the stair nose and the transition between the hallway bathroom and the hallway. I asked them why I had so much quarter round. If just the bathroom was left in the master and the guy said I don’t know we can ask. Very nice people. Very bad business practices. We ordered new kitchen flooring and bedroom carpet. They were missing a primary molding between rooms said they'd need to get one and return to install. No call back that day. No callback the next day. I had to buy a strip and install it. The next day they show up with the molding with no appointment. They charged me for new molding with the carpet but reused my molding. Kitchen floor tiles started slipping. They came out and repaired. After a few months. It moved again. Repairs and factory rep. was out Now the tiles moved again. Appointment set for 11:30 AM. At noon I started calling the store. Phone issues tried 14 times 12:35 PM the guy shows. Knows he's late but not apologetic. Kicks the floor, pushing loose tiles together and he's done. T

We've used them for engineered hardwood floors throughout our house except for carpeting in bedrooms. Best pricing, great store staff and exceptional quality installation.

My husband and I are very happy with this company. We have made several carpet purchases over the years . The quality was excellent. They had to tackle a very odd shaped area that required a seam a seam that I was concerned with. I can say, you couldn't even see the seam. We are finishing our new house and I will be in contact with them to install tile on the bottom floor and carpet in the loft. We have always been very satisfied from start to finish.
