We’ve used Carpet Gallery in Willamsburg on two separate occasions for flooring. Almost 13 years ago we had engineered hardwood installed in our newly purchased home. We were so pleased with the price and level of service we received that we didn’t hesitate to contact them again when it was time for refresh. New carpet was just installed upstairs, and it’s beautiful! The installers were fantastic and Greg Sutherland at Carpet Gallery, who had already given us a great price, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. (It was!!) About three weeks later we had LVP installed to replace the old hardwood. Again it was very well priced, but more than that, when a good deal of mold was found on our sub-flooring, Greg’s input and assistance was invaluable during the mold remediation proces

We replaced our entire first floor, except for tiled baths, laundry and sunroom (over 2000 sq ft) with a high quality LVP, and 1000 sq ft of finished basement area over concrete with a slightly lower level LVP.
